Support to take action.

Rachel Bee of Razza Bee Coaching

Hello, and welcome to Razza Bee Life Coaching

I’m Rachel, a qualified mindset and wellbeing coach supporting people across Warwickshire and throughout the UK through online coaching and wellbeing support.

I help people reconnect with who they are, build confidence and move forward with more clarity and purpose.

With me, you’ll find a supportive, judgement-free space to talk openly, explore what’s important to you and focus on creating meaningful change in your life.

How I Can Help

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes – especially when you spend so much time looking after everyone else that there’s very little space left for you.

My coaching offers a calm, supportive space where you can pause, reflect and gently work through whatever’s been weighing on you, whether that’s stress, anxiety, low confidence, life changes, relationships, burnout or simply feeling stuck.

Together, we’ll focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, create healthier balance and move forward in a way that feels realistic, supportive and right for your life.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to holding everything together for everyone else.

My approach is down to earth, compassionate and completely judgement-free. I believe coaching works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself, without pressure, pretence or feeling like you need to have everything figured out.

You’ll be met with honesty, empathy, humour where it’s needed, and genuine human connection. Together, we create a space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, reconnect with who you are and start making meaningful changes at your own pace.

Support That Meets You Where You Are

Everyone’s journey looks different. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out or simply ready for change, my coaching and wellbeing support is designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels realistic, compassionate and supportive.

1-2-1 Wellbeing Coaching

I work with people from all walks of life who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained or ready for change.

Many of the people I support are so used to looking after everyone else that they’ve lost connection with themselves somewhere along the way.

My coaching offers a calm, supportive space where we can explore what’s been weighing on you, work through what may be holding you back, and help you move forward with more clarity, confidence and self-belief.

What Can Coaching Help With?

Mindset coaching can support many areas of life, including:

  • Stress, overwhelm and anxiety
  • Low confidence and self-esteem
  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion
  • Work-life balance and boundaries
  • Relationships and family challenges
  • Menopause and life transitions
  • Motivation, direction and goal setting
  • Feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself

Whether you arrive with a clear goal or simply a feeling that something needs to change, our sessions are tailored around you and your individual journey

What Are Sessions Like?

Coaching is essentially a series of supportive conversations designed to help you reflect, process your thoughts and move forward in a realistic and empowering way.

I’m not here to tell you what to do or judge your choices. My role is to help you think things through, notice patterns, ask honest questions and support you as you make positive changes at your own pace.

Together, we’ll create practical, achievable steps that help you reconnect with yourself and move towards the life you want to build.

Bee Well Bee Active

Bee Well Bee Active is my virtual wellbeing community, designed to support both your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Many of the people who join are looking for a little extra motivation, accountability and a positive community to help them prioritise their wellbeing.

Created from my own personal journey with health, mindset and self-care, these monthly activity challenges offer a supportive, judgement-free space where you can reconnect with yourself.

Who Is It For?

Bee Well Bee Active is for anyone looking for a little extra encouragement, accountability and support on their wellbeing journey.

Many members join because they want to:

  • Rebuild motivation and self-belief
  • Grow in confidence and ability
  • Create opportunities for movement
  • Develop a workable day-to-day routine
  • Receive support, structure and guidance
  • Connect with like-minded people

You don’t need to be particularly fit, sporty or experienced. The focus is always on progress, not perfection.

What Can I Expect?

Each month, members take part in a simple activity challenge designed to encourage movement, self-care and positive wellbeing habits.

Alongside the challenge, you’ll be part of a supportive and encouraging community where members celebrate achievements, share progress, motivate one another and focus on making sustainable changes that fit around everyday life.

A small contribution from each challenge also goes towards supporting chosen charities, allowing us to make a positive difference together.

Coming Soon

I’m currently developing a new 12-week wellbeing programme designed for people who find movement and activity challenging due to time constraints, menopause, weight concerns or other physical and mental health challenges.

The programme follows a simple six-element framework to support your physical, mental, cognitive and social wellbeing, helping you build sustainable habits and achieve realistic wellbeing goals.

If you’d like an information guide or would like an informal chat about the programme, please get in touch here.

Kind Words From Our Community

Meet Rachel

My own wellbeing journey is a huge part of why I do this work today.

Like many of the people I support, there have been times in my life where I’ve felt overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted and disconnected from myself.

Through coaching, self-care, movement and mindset work, I’ve experienced first-hand how powerful it can be to create space for change, healing and growth.

After years of supporting others through my work in social care, training and wellbeing support, I trained as a Life Coach to create a more human, compassionate and down-to-earth space for people who need support navigating life’s challenges.

Rachel Bee from Razza Bee Coaching

Alongside my coaching work, I also created the Bee Well Bee Active community following my own personal health journey, which included losing 9 stone and rebuilding my confidence, wellbeing and relationship with myself.

Today, I combine professional experience with lived experience, honesty, humour and genuine human connection to help people feel calmer, more confident and more like themselves again.

You Might Be Wondering...

It’s completely normal to feel unsure about coaching or wonder whether it’s the right fit for you. Here are a few questions people often ask before reaching out.

What if I don’t know exactly what’s wrong?

It’s completely normal to feel unsure about coaching or wonder whether it’s the right fit for you. Here are a few questions people often ask before reaching out.

Not at all. Coaching can support you through stress, overwhelm, life changes, low confidence, burnout, relationship challenges or simply feeling stuck and disconnected from yourself.

Sessions are relaxed, supportive conversations where we explore what’s been going on for you and what you’d like to change or move towards. My approach is grounded, compassionate and completely judgement-free.

Yes – sessions are mainly delivered online via Zoom or MS Teams, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are in the UK.

That’s completely okay and very normal. There’s no pressure to share everything straight away. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

No, coaching is a forward-focused process designed to help you reflect, grow and move forward positively. While sessions may feel therapeutic and supportive, coaching is not a substitute for counselling or medical therapy.
