Get Fit and Happy: Join Our Monthly Activity Challenges

One of the ways that we can become happier is by becoming fitter and healthier. As well as offering mindset & wellbeing coaching sessions, events and workshops through Razza Bee Coaching, I also host monthly activity challenges in our WhatsApp activity group, The Buzz. In 2016, I lost 9 stone and learnt to run as part of that journey. I then became a Run Leader through Run Together, and a Mental Health Champion Mind, setting up a running group in my local area and in 2023, setting up The Buzz. I am passionate about helping people keep well in their mind, body and spirit, and my own experiences and skills put me in good stead to promote the benefits of exercise and activity for both physical health and mental and emotional health, and helping you to get more active and motivated.
