WHO DO I WORK WITH?
I work with people from all walks of life on a wide range of challenges, and I specialise in supporting those who feel unmotivated, overwhelmed, or drained to rediscover their spark and love of life again. I aim to be the energising, empathic, down‑to‑earth coach I once needed myself—when life felt heavy and I had to find my own vavavoom and buzz again.
Mindset Coaching is about helping you make thoughtful decisions about your future and supporting you as you plan for and create meaningful change. This might involve working toward financial, career, or fitness goals; navigating relationships, parenting, relocation, or the menopause; or managing feelings such as overwhelm, fear, stress, low self‑esteem, or anxiety.
You might come to me with a clear goal but want support taking action and seeing results. Or you may simply know something needs to change but feel unsure what that is or where to start. Either way, each session focuses on identifying what you want, exploring and unblocking what’s getting in the way, and creating a practical plan to move forward—one achievable step at a time.
No issue is too big or too small. You bring whatever you want to work on, and together—through conversation, reflection, and coaching tools—we’ll process things in a way that helps you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control. My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself, set meaningful goals, take action, and rebuild a sense of wellbeing, energy, and balance in your life. To find you, and to be you.

WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is basically a series of conversations between me, the coach, and you, my client, supported by tools and strategies to help you think things through and make plans. It’s a forward-focused process aimed at helping you get the best out of yourself and empowering you to make decisions that improve your life. I’m not here to tell you what to do or make demands, but to guide your thoughts and actions by asking questions, making honest observations, spotting patterns or areas for growth, and acting as your sounding board as you think, plan, act, and achieve.

Coaching is not a substitute for counselling, directive advice or therapy. I am not a counsellor or therapist, and I will therefore not be providing you with counselling/therapy. I find the diagram below very useful to show the difference between the two. If you feel that counselling is what you need, then please speak to your GP or check out local counselling providers to you.
