One of the ways that we can become happier is by becoming fitter and healthier. As well as offering mindset & wellbeing coaching sessions, events and workshops through Razza Bee Coaching, I also host monthly activity challenges in our WhatsApp activity group, The Buzz. In 2016, I lost 9 stone and learnt to run as part of that journey. I then became a Run Leader through Run Together, and a Mental Health Champion Mind; this puts me in good stead to promote the benefits of exercise and activity for both physical health and mental and emotional health and helping you to get more active and motivated.
I have been running the activity challenges in The Buzz for around two years now and below are those from 2025, where we have supported Age UK, Mind, Bloody Good Period, National Autistic Society, National Deaf Children’s Society, Sands Baby Loss Charity, and MacMillan Cancer Support.
